Best-practice organizations are increasingly seeing a link between strong diversity practices and maintaining a culture where innovation and creativity flourish. Participants will gain practical insight into how diversity of background and thought can be leveraged to fuel innovation, and how to tap into new resources – internally and externally – to spark new ideas.
Larry Olmstead, former managing editor of the Miami Herald, served twice as diversity officer for Knight Ridder, which repeatedly won awards as among the Top 50 diversity companies in the U.S.Registration fees cover continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments. Participants must cover their own hotel room charges and parking, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Payment of the full tuition is required to confirm a place in the seminar. Cancellation requests received more than four weeks prior to the seminar will result in a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received 14-28 days prior to the seminar will result in a refund of 50 percent of tuition. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received less than two weeks before the seminar. If you are unable to attend, we urge you to find someone who can go in your place. There is no penalty for sending a replacement participant.
